Sumac is a one of a kind venue that blends modernism with an opulent Moroccan influence. With it's rich, warm and inviting space, Sumac has the ability to create a sense of intimacy in a large space.

Featuring wooden hand etched floorboards, dark metal latticework and traditional Moroccan hanging lamps, as well as sweeping curtains that extend one side of the room, from floor to ceiling. Alongside the high-ceilinged space, there is also bronze mirrored stands and rich hues pertinent to it's Moroccan heritage.

Sumac no doubt delivers on the food front with their Moroccan and Middle Eastern inspired  menu. With an extensive array of dishes and a mix of food stations as well, your guests will be pleasantly surprised.

Housed in the heritage-listed Shed 14, and located along the water at Central Pier, this iconic location can be easily adapted to a myriad of functions, styles and tastes. Both daytime and nighttime events are equally as stunning at Sumac.
