Located at Central Pier, Docklands, inside a heritage-listed shipping shed, Peninsula is inspired by London’s iconic Tate Modern Museum.  Featuring nine metre high ceilings, exposed trusses and huge floor to ceiling windows flanked by the original loading doors of the shed, the space is sure to impress.

The venue has a sophisticated neutral colour palette ready to be stamped with a personal style and includes a stunning 660-metre chandelier – the longest in the Southern Hemisphere - streaking along one side of the room.

Peninsula offers a refined, modern Australian menu including an extensive array of plated dishes, from traditional style to more exotic creations. A wide selection of specialty food stations are available, as well as an informal BBQ menu.

This spectacular venue is one of Victoria’s largest, with a capacity of up to 2500 for a cocktail event and 1344 for a sit-down function. But don’t be intimidated by the size, while Peninsula is expansive, it still retains a welcoming elegance. The venue also has the versatility to be broken into two independent spaces via an operable wall.

The event possibilities at Peninsula are endless – from fashion parades to charity galas and weddings to exhibitions, your event requirements will be met and exceeded.
