The Hook, located at 13-15 Bayswater Road, is a piano, oyster and cocktail saloon, helping to revive the heyday of Sydney’s Kings Cross. It joins Vermuteria (@vermuteriasydney) and Piccolo Bar (@piccolobarkingscross) in Spanton Hospitality’s ‘Bermuda Triangle’ of bars.

The Hook is a saloon-style bar with live piano, oysters, and a vibrant venue of saloon snacks from smashed burgers to hot dogs. The Hook brings together elements from trips to Ireland, Scotland and England – like the green-hued bar, whiskies and Guinness – as well as saloons and dive bars from New Orleans to New York.
