Located in the vibrant precinct of Darling Square, Pumphouse Sydney is centrally located aside Darling Harbour and Chinatown.

Their menu is handcrafted using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. They pride themselves on creating wholesome food, designed to share.

Pumphouse Sydney Bar & Restaurant serves and produces a range of different craft beers, and sells bespoke wines to add a little theatre to the Pumphouse Sydney experience.

In addition to the stunning timber bar and intimate wine cellar available for private dining and tastings, the sophisticated new space offers an industrial design with high end finishes, from the statement lamps over the bar, which feature the work of Australian artist Lance Corlett.

A wide selection of wines from different international and local producers will be available in the wine room, with QR codes visible to be scanned to review the tasting notes and select the perfect drop.
