The Porter House is home to three different, beautiful spaces, including

The imposing 14 metre semi-oval green marble bar takes centre stage while dark timber, brass detailing, antique mirrors, rich emerald velvet curved banquettes and a glass ceiling are additional noticeable elements of this sumptuous space.

There is seating for 80 so you can perch at the bar to chat with the bartenders, opt for a booth for something more intimate or find space for a group next to the original arch windows.

The cocktail list of 12 signature drinks is an evocative field guide to four key trade items of the era – ginger, coconut, cassia bark and coffee; a nostalgic nod to the trading past of the Porter House building. Each of the four are expressed through three different cocktail styles resulting in a sensory journey that takes you from sweet and spicy to sour and sprightly.
