SPACES

Upstairs Function Space

Perfect for 30 to 70 guests, the upstairs function space requires a $750 deposit and a minimum spend of $3,000 on food and drinks. (If minimum spend is not met, the deposit will be held as a room hire fee.) Guests are welcome to play their own playlists through the audio system, and Buddy's Bar can help source a DJ and equipment if needed! The space also offers canape options as well.

A $750 deposit is required to secure your booking.

For the deposit to be fully refunded, Buddy's Bar must be notified of cancellation more than 30 days in advance.

For the deposit to be 50% refunded, Buddy's Bar must be notified of cancellation 15-30 days in advance.

The deposit in non-refundable if Buddy's Bar are notified of cancellation less than 14 days in advance.

If the event does not proceed on the booked date without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds outside these terms may be considered at management's discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies).
