Exclusive Venue Hire
Brix Distillers offer group bookings from 15 to 40 guests and exclusive venue hires up to 110 guests. Please note that the minimum spend for exclusive venue hires varies depending on date and time.
Private Experiences
Their Cocktail Classes consist of a 2-hour experience in which one of our talented mixologists will guide the group through the creation of 2 rum-based cocktails following a tour of our on-premises distillery.
Tickets also include a welcome drink as well as a tasty antipasto platter to enjoy alongside your cocktail creations!
Rum Spicing Class
If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make your very own rum, here’s your opportunity! In this exclusive rum spicing lesson, you’ll learn from one of the best rum distillers at Sydney’s only craft rum distillery who will teach you everything there is to know about rum. You’ll begin the rum class with a Brix Spritz on arrival. After a brief history of rum introduction, you’ll be able to see how it’s made at the distillery. Then you’ll learn to blend and have the chance to spice your very own rum using a variety of in-house spice and botanical infusions.
