Outside of general bar service, Brix Distillers offers a variety of experiences including:
Distillery Tour - $40 pp
Brix offers a public Distillery Tour each Friday at 6 PM. These classes accommodate a maximum of 20 participants per class.
Alternatively, we are happy to accommodate private classes for 16 to 20 guests during regular trade hours on Tuesdays through Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings.
Cocktail Class - $85 pp
Our Cocktail Classes consist of a 2-hour experience in which one of our talented mixologists will guide the group through the creation of 2 rum-based cocktails following a tour of our on-premises distillery. Tickets also include a welcome drink as well as a tasty antipasto platter to enjoy alongside your cocktail creations!
Brix offers 2 public Cocktail Classes each Saturday at 1 PM and 3:30 PM. These classes accommodate a maximum of 20 participants per class. Alternatively, we are happy to accommodate private classes for 16 to 20 guests during regular trade hours on Tuesdays through Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings.
Further, Cocktail Classes for exclusive venue hire events can be accommodated for up to 40 guests.
Rum Spicing Class - $110 pp
Brix offers a public Rum Spicing Class every second Saturday of the month at 3 PM. These classes accommodate a maximum of 12 participants per class. During this class you will blend your own rum from a variety of infusions and create a signature blend for you to take home to enjoy! Rum Spicing Classes include a welcome drink, distillery tour, charcuterie and cheese board and two 200ml bottles of your own rum blend. Alternatively, we are happy to accommodate private classes for 6 to 12 guests during regular trade hours on Tuesdays through Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings.
