Barrack Street Jetty, Perth CBD, 6000

With views of the Swan river and Barrack Square, The Lucky Shag Bar is located a short 5 minute walk from Perth’s CBD and can accommodate a variety of functions and special events. Upstairs on the beautifully fitted out Rooftop, they can accommodate 12 to 280 guests depending on what style of function you are looking for. On the lower deck downstairs, they can accommodate group bookings from 10 to 50 guests.

The Rooftop is a more upmarket function offering and is based on a food and beverage package per person. The Rooftop can be broken up into smaller areas to suit different size groups: The Lounge is a beautiful inside space, The Deck is an outdoor space overlooking the Swan River, The Garden Bar is also an outdoor area overlooking Barack Square, The Garden Bar & Deck combined includes views of the Swan River and Barrack Square and an entire Rooftop area that includes inside and outside areas. In the cooler winter months, they can also accommodate larger functions by combining The Lounge and Inside Bar from 60 to 110 guests.

Downstairs they have packages available on high bar tables from 10 to 30 guests and a new cocktail style area for 30 to 50 guests. These bookings are a more casual style and are based on a set food and beverage offering.

*Please note The Lucky Shag's Rooftop will be closed for Winter and will only open to the public for private functions.

The Garden Bar

The Lucky Shag's largest area boasts a private bar and a variety of seating including five undercover booths.

The Garden bar offers the best views in the venue of the Bell Tower and the Ritz Towers as well as catching the sunset over Kings Park. To the other side, beautiful views of the Swan River.

This area has plenty of shade and overhead heating.

The Upper Deck

On the edge of the Swan River, the Upper Deck is an open plan space with both high tables and low seating which allows guests to mingle seamlessly throughout the area with easy access to the bar.

With panoramic views of the Swan, it puts you in one of the best seats in the house!

The Verandah

The most popular smaller space on the Rooftop is the exclusive Verandah.

Flaunting louvre roofing this space can be open-air or fully shaded with overhead heating and drop-down blinds to protect you from the elements.

This area also has its own widescreen TV, perfect for taking a trip down memory lane with USB and HDMI compatibility!

The Lucky Shag's indoor Lounge offers you a cosy space with views of Barrack Square and the Bell Tower on one side and the Swan River on the other, creating a uniquely private area away from the hustle and bustle of the venue.
