Located in the basement Safe Room of the 1897 Titles Building, Halford is a contemporary take on the great 1950s late night lounge bar, when conversation was king and elegant decadence met the modern world.

With over 20 years of global experience and a nose for pedigree and trends, John Parker has drafted the smartest players in champagne, spirits, wine and beer and fixed a neat cocktail list. Grazers can delight in decadent jaffles and snacks right up until close as the music shuffles current cool and retro sass.

Providing every chance to unwind, Halford offers table service and experienced bar tenders who will talk you through the menu, their own favourites and recent creations. Illustrations of each cocktail by a local artist leave no room for guesswork, welcoming drinkers to choose with both eyes and palette.

Halford prides itself on selecting the best spirits from both afar and locally with a long list of ingredients always within reach.

The cocktail list takes you on a journey, from highball sodas adorned with flowers to new wave selections for the inquisitive and of course Halford’s take on the classics.
