Beer Paddle @ Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour
2/14 Darling Dr, Darling Harbour
Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour launched the exclusive Goose Island Beer paddle last week on International Beer Day and has decided to keep it round for those who unfortunately missed out! Thank you Fratelli for answering all our prayers.
The Goose paddle offers a 200ml taste of four refreshingly crisp and aromatic beers, which you can 100% customise! So you won’t be forced to drink some beer that is totally not your thang as you can choose from their multiple beers on offer.
Pair your paddle with some of their famous pizzas and pastas. We’d recommend the mushroom and ricotta ravioli with gorgonzola cream, peas and parmasen! And for the pizza you’d have to go for their Bresaolo & Burrata or the Meatball which comes loaded with pork and fennel meatballs, parma ham, fior de latte, lemon dust and basil.
Burgers For A Cause @ Burger Project
Multiple Venues Throughout Sydney
Burgers and charity. What a combo.
The Burger Project is going back to its native roots as a part of an awesome charity initiative to raise money for the Natural Indigenous Culinary Institute.
All Burger Projects across Sydney as well as Melbourne and Brisbane are donating $1 from the limited edition Outback burger to the NICI. This burger sounds incred. Imagine Cape Grim beef pattie, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, roasted, sliced and marinated beetroot, lemon myrtle mayo and Burger Project’s secret sauce!
You should also head down to Black Label by Burger Project at Grosnevor Place as they are also donating $1 from every Native Burger sold. This burger is like the boujee sister of The Outback. Layered between two fluffy buns is Paroo kangaroo blended with Cape Grim beef, lightly pickled beetroot, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, lemon myrtle mayo, bush tomato sauce and the best part a spiced quandong (which is a native Aussie peach!).
From this Wednesday the 1st of August until the 30th of September make sure you try out Burger Project’s limited burgs whilst helping out the local community!
