Heads up Sydney, a new rooftop Mexican bar is coming your way! For their very exciting opening weekend El Camino Cantina are throwing an amazing party that you wouldn’t want to miss!
Opening on the new rooftop of Manly Wharf, El Camino are throwing a three-day weekend party! Starting on Friday the 9th through to Sunday 11th. The new location is going to be decked out in Mexican accents including elaborate, reclaimed wooden doors, intricate tiles, lattice ceiling features with hints of a beach hacienda, an internal cactus garden and natural textures such as bare brick and stone.
Friday is going to be an incredible party, with a mariachi band kicking off the celebrations at 6pm. There is also prizes for the best dressed and in case you wanted an exclusive ticketed food and beverage package comprising of Tex-Mex bites, margaritas, beer, wine, and bubbles, you can grab one for just $69pp. The night will heat up with a DJ, chili eating competition and pop-up bars serving specialty margaritas and tequila shots. Grab a free sombrero and let El Camino Cantina spice up the night!
Over the launch weekend, guests can super-charge the start of summer with El Camino’s famous margaritas. These margaritas are a social obligation, if you’re coming to El Camino Cantina, you MUST try them! The Margaritas come in various sizes – 15oz, 24oz, and a cheeky 2-litre tower; and they come in various delicious flavours as well – classic, mango, and strawberry. For the opening party, there will also be limited edition skinny organic margarita and the bright-blue tiffany margarita.
If Friday doesn’t work for you, the party continues into the Saturday at El Camino Cantina! They’re open from 11am, and encourage you to check out their delicious range of Tex-Mex treats, including massive nachos, street tacos, and a variety of 100+ tequilas. A DJ will be ready and waiting to party with you from 6pm til late.
Still busy on Saturday? How about Sunday? El Camino Cantina is having their first Manly Sunday Sesh, and are so excited to have you there. Diners can also explore a range of menus from weekend brunch (11am-2pm), to late night options and several set menus, including ‘fajita fiesta’ and all you can eat tacos. From 11am you’re welcome to throw on a sombrero and gather your amigos. With a DJ from midday and permission to end the weekend on a super-chilled high, Tex-Mex style. Get ready for great music, laughs, drinks, sunsets, and a great view of the Manly Wharf!
After the fantastic launch weekend a range of affordable and unmissable daily deals kick in, including
- happy hour every weekday from 4pm to 6pm delivering happiness in $7.50 margaritas, beers, wines and tequilas;
- $2 Taco Tuesday;
- 10-cent chicken wings every Wednesday;
- half price fajitas on Thursdays;
- and a $15 burrito and beer lunch special from Monday to Friday.
- There is also a 1kg, $59 burrito challenge – customers receive the burrito for free if they can eat it in under one hour.
