In the heart of Sydney’s central area and hidden behind an exterior from 1902 is an exquisite venue which holds an end of week deal which will leave you stuffed. Shelbourne Hotel is a beautiful venue that not only has lush greenery on display but also has some delicious food – which I’m sure you are about to inhale!
Today’s special will require a hungry friend because you can share 3 bar plates for $40. With so many delicious options, you’ll have a hard time picking only three! To get you thinking about what you may order let us entice you with the possibility of an antipasto plate, salt & pepper squid and truffle mushroom arancini – how does that sound?
While feasting away you probably want some drinks right? Shelbourne Hotel has wines, beers and ciders but there is also a range of spritz and cocktails you will want to try! How does the Pink Gin Spritz, Cuban Mojito or Spicy Margarita sound? Order me one of each and I’m there!

I hope you didn’t drink too much Monday night because our next bar is going to truly test you. With moody lighting, old wood, exposed brick, funky wallpaper and a massive bar – you will be taken back to the 1940’s and more specifically 1944 in Paris during its Liberation.
If you have a lot of catching up to do, Kittyhawk is not just the perfect venue but also the perfect location (which never happens, but hey!). Central to Sydney’s CBD, you are within walking distance to public transport, taxi ranks and other popular destinations, so you will have your whole evening sorted coming here!
Now that we have chosen our Tuesday night venue we are sure you are curious as to what the special deal is. Well, make sure to pace yourself because Liberation Hour at Kittyhawk is no joke! Available from 4pm until 6pm you can enjoy $6 spirits, beers and wines (is there room at the table for me?). Of course you won’t be going hungry, so make sure to indulge in the $2 oysters that are on offer as well as other snacks.
If you aren’t an oyster person there are plenty of delicious options available on this French inspired menu. I’m talking a mouth-watering selection of cheeses, charcuterie boards, confit duck, pates and more!

Pace yourself for hump day because the alcohol just keeps coming! This venue is for your mates who love Japanese food and culture. Located just 20 minutes from Sydney’s CBD in Bondi (did somebody say beach day?), you will be immersed by this intimate style cocktail bar, any guesses for which one? It’s none other than Haiku of course!
Here at Haiku the menu is designed to be shared and enjoyed with friends and loved ones– but not tonight! Tonight you will want these deals all for yourself with signature cocktails only costing $15 and $2 for each mini-skewer. Seriously, this deal is too good to pass up! With 7 classic cocktails to choose from including an aperol spritz, margarita and a lychee martini – you may just need to try them all for this price!
Of course, there are other menu and beverage options available if you feel like something else. There is a big menu filled with delicious Japanese flavours and styles of cooking, like okonomiyaki pancakes, chicken katsu, fresh sashimi and of course sushi!

In Sydney’s CBD you’ll find a hidden gem and your next venue for the week! Now don’t be fooled by the name, because everyone is welcome here at Employee’s Only! This luxurious venue could only be Jay Gatsby’s dream, and now it can be yours!
Between 5-6pm you get 50% off all food and drinks… that’s right- 50% off food and drinks. Let that sink in while we entice you with some delicious menu items! There is glazed lamb rump, fresh seafood, pork tenderloin and house special steak tartare. So yum!

The drinking doesn’t stop here, so invite your caffeine addicted loved one to this one! A 30 minute drive from central Sydney, you will stumble upon our next restaurant. Perfect for those laid-back-get-togethers, The Field at Easts Rugby is your next stop.
For our end of the work-week special we definitely aren’t ditching the caffeine just yet (so maybe hold out on your afternoon coffee… or don’t). Here at The Field there are $12 espresso martinis every Friday between 3pm and 8:30pm.
While you get your caffeine fix for the next week, you’ll want to be eating some of the delicious food The Field has to offer! If you are a sucker for tomatoes, bread and cheese the buratta is the way to go! If that’s not your thing there’s also mouth-tingling buffalo wings, burgers, pizza and pasta! This menu is absolutely stacked with flavour and your favourite pub meals.
Saturday @ Brix Distillers

No matter how much you like your nights out, no one is a cocktail expert…except those at Brix Distillers. Just 15 minutes from the CBD and you will be on your way to becoming a master! This night out is for those friends who love hosting or need to brush up on their cocktail knowledge.
On Saturdays, you can sit a 2 hours class to become the best cocktail artist going for miles! There are two sessions available every Saturday at either 1pm or 3:30pm, but make sure to pre-book so you don’t miss out.
In this rum school class you will learn how to shake, strain and sip your cocktails like any professional cocktail maker. What sort of cocktails will you be making? Well, Brix likes to make it a surprise and keep you on your toes, but if you really wanted to know; think daiquiris, spiced rum espresso martinis, mai tais and heaps more. In this class you not only walk out with some sick tips and tricks on making cocktails, but you also get a welcome drink, 2 cocktails made by you and a delectable cheese and charcuterie selection.
Don’t feast on too much cheese though because Brix has an enticing menu filled with sticky glazed ribs of lamb, pork, beef and tempeh, as well as a range of burgers, tacos and jerk chicken skewers. Honestly, you will want to eat everything on the menu!
Sunday @ Green Moustache
North Sydney
Surrounded by an abundance of beautiful greenery, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to welcome you to Green Moustache! Honestly, this venue is a breath of fresh air amongst the hustle and bustle of the CBD, being located in North Sydney.
Here at Green Moustache you will be indulging in their bottomless brunch, which is available from 11:30am. Even if you have been drinking all week you need to stick this one out because upon arrival you will be greeted with a Stockholm Spritz, which is a refreshing strawberry-lime Rekorderlig and Aperol mix, followed by two hours of prosecco, rose and pale ale. Seriously, you deserve this one!
If you want to keep things lighter and go without alcohol for the day, there is also a non-alcoholic option available where you are treated with a smashing house-made mocktail on arrival followed by soft drinks and juices for later.
Whilst you drink away on the beverage of your choosing you will be feasting on the gourmet spread. On your relaxing day you will be eating a beautiful grazing board, salt and pepper squid, house-made gnocchi and a pickled radicchio salad. So trust us, you won’t be leaving hungry.
