Sprawled on the walls you’ll find an impressive array of liquors in glass cabinets that encase the room and there is plenty of seating and standing space for you and your guests to mingle with ease.
The seasonal food and drinks menu is well thought out. Drinks are structured around individual bartenders and their craftsmanship, so you can rest assured knowing you are in more than capable hands. Eau De Vie believe that making the perfect drink is an art form and trust us when we say that they will never fail to deliver on both taste, theatrics and presentation.
The Whiskey Room offers a choice of menus with canapés designed to compliment the atmosphere of the venue. Have a taste of oysters shucked to order with mignonette, a spread of meats and cheeses, and warm baguettes with extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic, plus many other options to tantalize the taste buds.
The cocktail list is extensive with 22 pages for cocktails and over 40 pages for Whiskeys! A drink to try is ‘The Aviator’ if you’re after something light – house made rhubarb and juniper puree shaken up with Beefeater gin and fresh lemon juice, with a cute, little paper plane on a ‘cloud’ of fairy floss for the presentation.
If you feel like something with a little more body, try ‘Bandit Belle’, with offers a welcomed spin on the average Espresso Martini and combines roasted coffee and agave with pistachio and avocado oil infused highland Tequila.
