What do Easter Sunday, Rum and reggae have in common?
Absolutely nothing. Other than your Easter Sunday could be spent in the best way possible, with booze, dancing, live music and the sounds of the Caribbean.
The Cauliflower Hotel & Forgotten Cask Rum Bar are proud to present a FREE Rooftop Reggae Party to help you celebrate Easter Sunday in style. The party is to launch their new club night – Club Dread (we’re thinking it’s a good place to meet cute boys/girls with dreadlocks??).
The night will endlessly be supplied with only the finest rum that even Jack Sparrow would sip leisurely. Plantation Rum will have a range of rum-infused cocktails on offer, as well as your usual rum-and-cokes, of course. Sunday specials will include $20 cocktail jugs to keep you and your mates satiated for the day/night.
Easter Sunday at The Cauliflower Hotel will see a range of international acts, live bands and DJ’s playing some soulful, dance beats. Think along the lines of Reggae, Riddim, Dub, Roots, Dancehall and Jamaican island vibes.
Acts like Afro Moses, Aswon Farenji, Zagr and Dovi Dovi will provide some great live performances for you to feast your eyes on. While, DJ’s like DJ Mash, DJ Teezy, DJ Black Magic and DJ Zinger will produce some hip-gyrating beats as the night goes on.
The party kicks off at 2pm and ends at 10pm this Sunday the 16th of April. It’s free entry and good vibes, so grab your crew, maybe don a fruit basket on your head and let the rhythm of the islands take you to another world this Easter. The Cauliflower Hotel is located at 123 Botany Rd, Waterloo, NSW.
