This year, Negroni Week is taking place around seven of Sydney’s most top rated CBD restaurants and is a celebration of the timeless cocktail. Running from the 24th to the 30th of June 2019, this boozy week will be supporting OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food rescue charity. One dollar from every Negroni sold will be donated, helping divert food waste across Australia’s Hospitality industry to those in need.
Each bar involved has carefully curated a Negroni menu full of twists on the classic – “The Negroni Is perfect as it is, made from three equal parts of gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, however there is always room for creative license, experimentation, and innovation”, states Ali Toghani, Beverage Director of the Rockpool Dining group.
