It’s back! The Young Gun of Wine Top 50 Winemakers is making another appearance after a sell-out event last year. If you’re not sure what everyone’s talking about – here’s the quick rundown:  50 of Australia’s best young winemakers all in one place, with 100 of their wines for you to taste.

Young Gun of Wine knows a thing or two about quality wine, and has searched extensively to find the top 50 emerging winemakers from all across Australia. After announcing their 2019 list of the greatest winemakers a few weeks ago, this event will gather all the candidates at the Prahran Market for only one night, with each pouring a taster of two of their best wines for attendees. Imagine tasting 100 of the most exciting wines from the best young-gun winemakers across the country all in one night!

While you’re there, wine and dine yourself with food also available to purchase. There will be pop-up offerings from Matilda restaurant, who will be coming in hot with a fire pit – giving attendees a little taste of their South Yarra dining experience which boasts of open flames, hot coals and the finest local produce. There will also be local Prahran Market favourites, with Maker & Monger serving up their cheesy pasta made in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel, and Q le Baker serving up delectable baked goods that you won’t be able to resist.

There’ll be amazing wine, mouthwatering food, electric beats and good vibes only. With this event quickly becoming one of the hottest wine events of the year, you don’t want to miss out. Tickets to the event will only cost you $55 at an early bird price for a limited time or $70 for a standard ticket, which includes all tastings and a Riedal Glass to keep.
