This August, Bohemian Wine Bar is hosting a vegan cheese & wine pairing masterclass in partnership with The Vegan Dairy. For all those non-dairy diners out there, now is your chance to pair the worlds tastiest food with the worlds tastiest drink – and all with a clear conscience!
Being hosted on the 13th of October from 5pm – 8pm, you’ll be joined by 2018 ‘Young Gun of Wine’ Winner Chris Carpenter (of Lark Hill Winery) to help you cultivate your palate.
5 wines will be matched with 5 cheeses, with all of the wines being both bio-dynamic and vegan. You’ll even get a taste of the acclaimed and elusive ‘Grüner Vetliner’, hailing all the way from Austria.
You won’t just be enjoying cheese at this event, as executive chef Malcolm Williams will be serving up a risotto made from the very wines and cheeses that you will have tasted earlier in the night. Talk about a unique (and delectable) experience!
