Melbourne Good Beer Week

Good Beer Week

May 16th – 24th

Good Beer Week is back.

Starting this Friday 16th of May it’s one of the most anticipated and hyped beer festivals in the world.

Multiple venues throughout Victoria play host to beer makers from The UK, Germany, Belgium, The USA and New Zealand (it’s probably sheep flavoured beer). With events spread across the city and throughout greater Victoria, it’s easy to find a venue near you.

Here are our top events for the week.

POO (Pint of Origin)

Pint of Origin has probably the worst acronym, but some of the best Australian brewing stacked up against some heavy hitting internationals. !!In total, six states will be represented across six inner city locations. The hosts this year are; The Terminus (VIC), Brother Burger (QLD), The Palace Hotel representing (S.A), The Rainbow Hotel (N.S.W), The Gertrude Hotel (TAS) and the Royston Hotel (W.A).

For the internationals there’ll be, The Ale House (NZ), The Great Northern (USA) and Foster’s Beer and Music Hall (EUR).

Be sure to check out the link below for any further details, and to enjoy that marvelous acronym again in all its URL glory.
