Paired with some freshly shucked oysters from St Helens, Tasmania and you’re in for an experience like no other.
The Head Chef takes pride in following traditional French methods in his cooking and adds a European twist on each dish. The result? A tapas menu offering a beautiful union of flavours with a variety of meat, vegetarian and seafood tapas on offer. Safe to say, you definitely won’t leave hungry from Belle Vie .
