Experience the taste of France without having to book a flight as there’s a new French Steakhouse in Melbourne you have to try!
Garçon Paris Steakhouse is here to set our taste buds alive with their Steakhouse Restaurant. Formerly Entrecôte on Alfred Place, Garçon brings a new edge to French food. Get ready for their knock out steak menu, handpicked wine list, champagne and oysters – all of which are killer!
This place is completely on-trend and brings the best of France to good old Melbourne. Garçon celebrates top quality food and fashion, inspired by the beauty and culture of France during the 80’s – so iconic. Eating at Garçon will take you back in time to experience the best of French pop culture during the 80’s, including the underground punk scene and French Vogue fashion.
With this rebellious new turn, Garçon is setting the standard for French food in Melbourne whilst giving us serious 80’s nostalgia that’s too cool to pass up.
Garçon offers fresh and delicious dishes. They use only the best beef as they plate up top quality grass-fed cuts that are also hormone free – so you know it’s the good stuff.
Their menu is filled with French classics, and we couldn’t think of anything more French than Escargots de Bourgogne (snails in herb parsley and garlic butter sauce) and classic dessert faves such as Vanilla Crème Brûlée.
Great French food isn’t all Garçon has to offer! They also have a coffee window for all you coffee lovers needing a hit of caffeine.
With plenty of success, Chef Matt Franklin brings along his skill in cooking traditional French food and giving it a modern feel. We recommend you try his signature steak tartare, as it’s become quite the favourite amongst diners.
If you’re looking for a cool place to eat that offers good food, unique style and a sneaky happy hour between 4pm – 6pm on a Saturday, then Garçon Paris Steakhouse is the place for you.
