Royal Queensland Show
Brisbane Showgrounds
That time of year has come around again, it’s time for the Royal Show! The annual agriculture show has returned for 9 days starting this Friday the 10th of August.
You all know how the show runs, animals, food, drinks, entertainment, music, carnival rides and more. Some of our favs that you should check out this year are the Heritage Bank racing pigs show which runs every day between 11am and 4pm, Cradle-A-Chick which is essentially watching baby chicks hatch and cradling the spring chickens and the 9-D VR cinema!
Make sure you find time to go to the show because not going is totally un-Queenslander right?
Garden of Vegan

Vegan or not this event should be on your to-do list! This Thursday the 9th of August night Covent Garden is hosting their first ever vegan feasting night. A brand new menu has been developed solely for this one off night, so you should feel very special.

There’s even a vegan dessert, but we’ll keep that one a secret so your night will be full of suprises.
The chef didn’t stop at food either, he has created specialty Garden of Vegan cocktails just for the night!
For only $37 you’d be crazy to miss out on this one! (Did we mention you get 10% off if you pre-purchase online, what’s stopping you?!)
