Co-owned by Frank Remoundos and Alex Tintori, (with six years at the iconic Il Bacaro on Little Collins Street under Chef Tintori’s belt) Sosta is a haven for those that love to wine and dine in a beautiful space with exceptional service and food.

Flavour is paramount when carefully sourcing sustainable fresh produce, always supporting small local producers and foraging is a passion for Chef Tintori, on days off you will find him along Merri Creek sourcing garlic flowers and wild fennel, or in Daylesford seeking out pine mushrooms. Dishes are all handmade, using Italian techniques passed down the generations, some ingredients will hit the pass freshly prepared, others will receive Chef's fermentation finesse, providing layers of hidden flavour to your plate every time.
