Shifty's is a colourful unique community space with lots of colour, lights and art located in the heart of Fitzroy on the bohemian Brunswick st.

They are adaptable and strive to cater for any need or want. They also host a very wide range of events and functions including anything family, fun, corporate and political just to name a few.

The Shifty’s team are super flexible and can always assist and provide all your function needs whatever they may be.

Shifty’s can provide food, drinks, entertainment, lighting and sound, decorations and much much more depending on the unique type of function or event you desire to hold in our beautiful community space.

They have 3 different outdoor areas including front and side seating but the most famous and popular of all is the Enchanted Garden.

Back garden up to 30 people.

This wonderful space has transformed over time into an enchanted wonderland with fairy lights, art pieces and florals covering the entire space which is adored by all that enter it. The area is a hidden city secret in itself. The enchanted garden space is also available for hire for intimate functions of up to 30 people. It is perfect for small group functions and no matter what your event may be, we are sure that all you’re guests would enjoy & love the enchanted garden and all the little touches to make for a successful event or function.

Shifty’s catering is exceptional and provides amazing cheese and charcuterie platters as their specialty. Another crowd pleaser is the spit roast option they offer which has been very popular with 70% of functions. The spit roast consists of Greek style marinated chicken and lamb and is served in rolls w’ slaw and 2 different types of sauces leaving all guest extremely happy. Shifty's offers a beautiful selection of cold and hot canapés and aim to always bend over backwards to meet any desire you may have with food or catering options for your next event or function requirements.
