It can be uniquely configured depending on the needs of the occasion, with the flexibility to allow for an instant dance floor.

The Conservatory is named in tribute to the lush oasis of trees and plants that share the space, its transparent ceiling brings the outside in, allowing guests to bask in the beautiful seasonal shifts in light throughout the year, whilst staying fully protected from the unpredictable Melbourne weather. The Cocktail Lounge offers a plush and intimate refuge, resplendent in the old world comforts of leather and candlelight, and is conveniently equipped with its own unique bar to service patrons exclusively. The space is available for private hire for dinner parties and intimate cocktail functions, with the option of opening the sliding glass doors to flow into the end of the Conservatory and therefore accommodate a greater number of guests. Its vast ceiling, festooned with soft Edison lighting, is something of a starlit wonderland at night, transforming any party into a magical celebration.
