With over 20 years of expertise garnered from renowned establishments in Melbourne and Hong Kong, including Pearl and Chin Chin, David brings a wealth of culinary mastery to the table. Previously awarded two chef’s hats as Head Chef at Pearl Restaurant & Bar, and having hosted The Age Good Food Guide Awards, David is committed to bringing the same level of passion and excellence to event dining at the Plaza Ballroom.
