Culinary director Jake Furst, the AHA Victorian Chef of the Year, has curated a menu inspired by Latin America, that is brought to life by Head Chef Diego Cardenas, whose expertise is drawn from Colombia’s most distinguished restaurants.

Entry through the ground floor features a bustling bar on the right and intimate dining on the left, offering a choose-your-own-adventure experience with options ranging from booth seating and low-level dining to high tables and a chef’s window experience where the talented kitchen team curate a menu for you on the night, featuring ‘best of the day’ produce. Venture upstairs where you’ll find another fully stocked bar, mezzanine seating as well as a private dining room.
