Keeper Brewing is a specialised Pilsner Brewery, where they only brew their one beer. Keeper Pilsner.

They are ferociously independent, and are using their tap room to be a local gathering space for anyone who needs one.

Their kitchen is pumping out charcoal grilled dishes, which focus on high quality ingredients done very simply. They've partnered with JOSPER to use one of their high temperature charcoal ovens to highlight what a pure way cooking on fire is. They are running a tight, and focused menu, allowing them to pivot with the seasons, and keep the food as fresh as their beer.

Live music is on every Friday and Saturday night, with some of Melbourne best newest, and also best oldest DJs in constant rotation. They have decks upstairs and downstairs, for big or small groups.
