ABOUT THE INDUSTRIQUE - INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE VENUE
The Industrique is a unique warehouse venue that is designed with versatility in mind, allowing you the freedom to create your perfect event. The rustic, industrial design is unique and offers a charm like no other.
It is well-known that The Industrique specialises in live music. The entire venue is acoustically treated providing a unique, unmatched audio experience. The sound quality and comprehensive in-house production is top notch, making it the ideal choice for bands, DJ’s and live performances.
The warehouse has a total floor area of 1400 square metres inclusive of two outdoor areas. 88 square metres of south-facing windows provide lots of natural light into the space. This makes it great for daytime events as well as offering a distinctive nightlife experience.
There is ample room for food stalls and art vendors - the ideal blank canvas for any occasion! The Industrique offers plenty of free off-street parking and is just 5 minutes' walk from numerous types of public transportation. It is located in an industrial zoned area, directly adjacent to the Coburg Velodrome.

MAIN ROOM HIRE (Entire Venue)
The Industrique’s main room can be booked for any type of large capacity event (400-850). Comprising 1000 square metres of open indoor space plus two outdoor areas, it provides you with freedom to create your perfect event. High quality, comprehensive sound and lighting production is provided in house. The entire venue is acoustically treated and the sound quality is excellent, making it the ideal choice for live music.
SIDE ROOM
The Industrique’s Side Room can be booked for live music, private functions and corporate events. Comprising 300 square metres of indoor space plus a small outdoor area, the Side Room provides a intimate yet open space ideal for 100-300 people. The Side Room is fully furnished yet flexible, with plenty of couches, tables, chairs and comprehensive audio equipment provided. Available for bookings Sundays-Fridays (not available on Saturdays).
COURTYARD (Outdoors)
It is no secret that summer events are wonderful in The Industrique’s outdoor courtyard. 220 square metres of private space comes with its own serviced bar, marquees, tables, couches and audioequipment making it the ideal choice for a daytime celebration or event for up to 250 people. The Courtyard is available for daytime bookings up until 10pm.
