The Lonsdale Street precinct consists of four adjacent properties situated on the edge of Melbourne’s vibrant Chinatown and Greek precincts; Spanning from Tattersalls Lane to Celestial Avenue and fronting onto Lonsdale Street.

Bourke Street Precinct consists of a multi-story car park with vehicle access from Hardware Lane and Bourke Street and pedestrian access (by arrangement) via Platypus Alley, Racing Club and Warburton Lanes. These venues can be hired as a whole, in sections, by level or part thereof - check out the 'Spaces' section below for more information.

The Bourke Street precinct consists of a multi-story car park bordering Bourke St, Hardware Lane, Little Bourke St, Warburton and Racing Club Lane as well as their privately owned Platypus Alley which runs from the iconic Little Bourke Street.

The car park boasts 6 split decks, two of which combine to form nearly 2000sqm open roof deck.

The car park has vehicle access from Hardware Lane and Bourke Street and additional pedestrian access (by arrangement) via Platypus Alley, Racing Club and Warburton Lanes. The venue is hired as a blank canvas.
