Celebrating the diversity of our great Victorian state, Edwin's wine list celebrates the diversity of region, style and approach to wine making in Victoria, taking it one step further to highlight the significant impact women in the local wine industry have, with an almost 50/50 balance of male and female winemakers represented on the wine list.

The beverage list itself has been curated by world-renown Sommelier Dan Sims, and their team brings to life the stories behind the wine to enhance your experience. The food offering at Edwin is contemporary Australian, with a focus on local producers. The dishes range from
snacks to sharing plates to main meals.
