Eau-de-Vie is a French expression that translates to “water of life”. Spirits such as French brandy (eaux-de-vie), whisk(e)y, vodka and aquavit from Norway all take their names from the alchemic notion that spirits were an elixir of life.

Eau-de-Vie prides itself on creating truly memorable events and believes in offering special and unique experiences alongside their intimate and hidden event spaces – Then Whisky Room and Library.

Experiences include Cocktail and Whisky Masterclasses and activations, private liquid nitrogen martini trolley service, bespoke cocktails created specifically for you or your company, complimentary co-branded invitations and menus, elaborate food stations and much more. The Eau-de-Vie team also specialise in the pairing of food and cocktails in there Cocktail Matched Degustation, hosted at a custom built table where the paired cocktails are
