The interior is an amalgamation of minimalist and ‘edgy-lux’. The dark green marble as the central feature, is contrasted by the soft tones of pink and gold fixtures and accents. Their aprons, trays, coasters and water jugs were all carefully selected to connect and promote local Melbourne designers.

Nestled on Bourke street, you will ascend through a green stairwell and be transported from the bustling city to a creative space, enticing you to explore and rethink cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, the Bouvardia way.
