Our boutique function, wedding and exhibition venue has gained an outstanding reputation for stunning events. Hatched from a converted warehouse, this versatile space features lofty designed spaces, rustic industrial chic and a Japanese inspired outdoor terrace next to the railway line.

With ample open space, the venue can be booked as one 660m2 room, or two distinct internal spaces. These can be subdivided into smaller areas for more intimate functions and events.
We have a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture onsite, projector, sound system and microphone available for use. You may decorate as you please and there will always be a Lightspace manager present to ensure everything runs smoothly.

It features a wide, open expanse with industrial girders, timber roof and polished concrete floor.

Outdoor Terrace

Adjoining Space 2 is an outdoor terrace featuring a bamboo hedge, Japanese water feature and outlook towards the city. Bordering the main railway line it’s also a trainspotters’ delight.
