Blackmarket Rooftop Bar serves up all that’s great about Queensland produce in a laid back restaurant and rooftop bar. Located in front of the iconic ‘1 William St’ tower in Brisbane's CBD on the Brisbane River, Blackmarket is an all-day dining experience, with a local produce-driven menu for breakfast and lunch and local beers, cocktails and ciders into the afternoon and early evening.

Blackmarket’s menu celebrates Queensland best-in-show beef, sustainable seafood, free-range chicken and ethically-raised pork – as well as local fruit, vegetables, craft beer, cheeses... you get the picture. Try our Noosa Snapper Sliders, Ekka Grand Champion Sirloin Steak or Smokehouse Pulled Pork Burger and Moreton Bay Bug Linguine. Or stop by for a Blackmarket Espresso Martini or Buderim Ginger Giddy-up.

Sprawled over two levels, Blackmarket has a quintessentially Queensland vibe, with extensive use of reclaimed timber, antiques and comfy chesterfield couches. Available for events and groups up to 200.
