Hardy’s Conference Room

Located in the Heritage Wing, Hardy’s Conference Room is a perfect venue for small intimate meetings and dinners. Large windows allow natural light to flood the room and features include a beautiful open fire place, perfect for Winter Retreats. Hardy’s Conference Room can host up to 20 guests sit down and up to 30 people for a cocktail style event.

 

Coach House

The Coach House is a stunning conference and event room located just outside of the Main House. Gorgeous vines cover the venue adding to its charm, and the room overlooks their impressive Pinot Vineyard. The Coach House features its own bathroom facilities and beautiful oak bar, as well as large bi-fold doors which allow for an abundance of natural light to fill the room, and leads out onto a beautiful deck and grassed garden, perfect for a breakout space, cocktails or pre-dinner nibbles. This room can seat up to 60 guests sit down and 100 people cocktail.

 

Piccadilly Room

This is the largest conference and events room with one of the best views in the house! This large open room overlooks the stunning Piccadilly Valley, and features its own bar and private access from the Piccadilly Entrance as well as an open fireplace which brings warmth and character to this already beautiful space. The room may be sectioned into smaller areas for breakout rooms if required. The Piccadilly Room is perfect for larger events of up to 170 guests for a sit-down function and 250 cocktail style.

 

Piccadilly Pavilion

One of Mount Lofty House's most popular function rooms is the Piccadilly Pavilion. This large open room is located in the Piccadilly Wing and features its own private access to a two-tiered terrace which leads down into the botanic gardens. The tall windows flood the room with natural light allowing guests and delegates to enjoy the views over the Piccadilly Valley. Seated, this room will allow up to 80 guests or 100 guests for cocktail style event.
