Their wine list reflects their personal favorites, emphasizing the wines and regions they love most. Head Chef Calum Horn, with experience from acclaimed venues like Barrio, Harvest, and You Beauty, now calls Adelaide home—arriving with his son the week Longplay Bistro opened.

Meanwhile, Lenin Paunovic curates a vinyl-only soundtrack using a Funktion One system paired with custom-built sound insulation. Every element of Longplay Bistro is designed to deliver a memorable, authentic experience.
