The Waterfront space features a 17 metre stone bar, with darker tones throughout the room. On the other side is the light filled Harbourview Room with floor to ceiling windows. Regardless of the occasion, The Promenade Docklands features a neutral design throughout creating a contemporary, yet elegant space.

Waterfront Bar

This room features seventeen metres of black stone bar under-lit with custom LED lighting. Styled with cocktail tables and furnitures, it is the perfect space for your next private event.

Floor-to-ceiling glass bi-fold doors provides panoramic views of the harbour and skyline which can be opened to incorporate the large undercover balcony to create an amazing al fresco experience.

This stylish bar is the ideal place for birthday parties and private cocktail functions for up to 150 guests cocktail and up to 200 guests when incorporating the terrace.

For larger functions, the Waterfront Bar can also hire the Waterfront Room creating a more relaxed environment.

Waterfront Bar & Room

This space has it all, offering panoramic water views across the harbour to the Bolte Bridge, and featuring floor to ceiling glass doors which can be opened to incorporate the large undercover balcony.

With an outdoor terrace for guests to gather for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, this room is perfect for up to 180 guests seated or 650 guests cocktail with the Waterfront Bar.

The Waterfront Room is very suitable for meetings, conferences and all types of day and evening events.

Harbourview Room

The Harbourview Room boasts amazing views across Victoria Harbour to the city skyline.

This room features floor to ceiling glass along the promenade that gives you the feeling that you are sitting on the water, and a private balcony for guests to enjoy.

The room seats up to 220 guests in a banquet setting, or hosts 550 guests standing.

The Victoria Room presents an ideal space suitable as a breakout room in conjunction with the Waterfront Room & Bar, for smaller corporate events or private intimate gatherings.
