Lot 20 is a two-story heritage building nestled into the border of Perth and Northbridge, it is a safe haven for all those that wish to enjoy a tasty beverage and observe the revelries of James Street.

They're very much a small bar, where all the staff are a close knit group and treat their customers like their favourite family member, and in turn, their loyal customers do the same. They don't have a dress code, or a theme, they're just a friendly neighbourhood bar serving up great food and drinks and are happy to do so. They're happy to whip you up a fancy cocktail or a beer or wine, as long as you're happy, they're happy.

So, a small bar is a place where you can hang out with your friends, meet new friends, wait safely for a friend, have something tasty to eat, enjoy a coffee late at night (if you’re reckless enough). Lot 20 is friendly place where you’ll receive services from passionate hospitality workers, not someone just passing the hours whilst they study to work in another industry.

They are a self sufficient entity; they do everything themselves, it is the only way a small business can survive. They clean the venue, make the food (after they wash their hands of course), do the maintenance, make all the drinks and the coffee, all whilst smiling the whole. Hospitality will not make you wealthy in a monetary sense, far from it, they'd all earn more money working traditional jobs, but they'd prefer to spend their time at this big-small bar, because it makes them wealthy in many other ways.
