“It’s BYO!” is usually a statement your mate posts as their ‘Party’ event status or something you text your buddies to let them know your fav’ Japanese restaurant is holding epic deals. But it is no longer exclusive to house parties and china town. Over the summer time period, award winning bar and restaurant Saké are launching BYO night every Wednesday. This special deal allows customers to bring along their favourite drinks to enjoy alongside some of Melbourne’s most celebrated Japanese dishes!
At Saké serving top quality Japanese cuisine to their guests is of the utmost importance. With items such as hiramasa kingfish paired with soy dressing and lime & jalapeno kosho featured on the a la carte menu and yuki meringue, yuzu pannacotta and tofu cheesecake on the dessert menu – a lack of choice is not a problem you will be faced with. Saké brings a distinct, unique spin to tried and tested Japanese flavours, cementing its reputation as one of Australia’s best Japanese restaurants. The ingredients are acquired from the freshest and most seasonal sources helping to create the tastiest flavor combinations.
The BYO deal will be held weekly on Wednesdays. The offer is available at lunch and dinner, with a mere $20 corkage fee. So pick up a bottle or two to enjoy side by side with Saké’s sensational Japanese menu. This deal is exclusively available at Hamer Hall and Flinders Lane locations, so make sure to stop by!
