Swallow Bar is an intimate neighbourhood local in the heart of Maylands. This small bar has delicious food, amazing live music and thoughtfully selected wines, beers and cocktails in a warm and welcoming space.

They have a few different options for events at Swallow Bar depending on your numbers and vision.

Exclusive use of the Captains’ room
This is a gorgeous new room at Swallow Bar, and can be booked for up to 18 people.
The Captains Room is cosy and intimate with a crackling fire and old world curios.

Exclusive use of the Courtyard
These can be booked any evening for up to a maximum of 35 people.
The Courtyard is a colourful & intimate setting with a retractable awning to allow the sunshine in and to keep the rain out. There is cosy banquette seating and furniture that can easily be moved around or moved out to suit the style of your event.

Exclusive use of the Courtyard & Captains’ Room
These can be booked any evening for up to a maximum of 50 people.
There is a minimum spend required, which can be spent anyway you like between beautiful food and drinks on the night.

Exclusive use of entire venue
These can be booked any evening except Friday for up to 74 people.
There is a minimum spend required, which can be spent anyway you like between beautiful food and drinks on the night.
