Located at 142 Greville Street in Prahran, known for its stylish bars, dining hot spots and late-night clubs, you will find Melbourne’s Japanese eatery, Tokosan.

Step out of Melbourne and into the streets and laneways of Tokyo. With its colourful umbrella ceiling covering the 10-metre-long bar, a 16-metre-long graffiti mural and neon signs, Tokosan is a restaurant and cocktail bar which has captured a slice of the vibrant Japanese city and its funky street style cuisine, offered in a relaxed and lively setting.

They cater for everyone and all occasions. Come and enjoy some cocktails in the courtyard, share a meal with family or friends, or drop some lyrics in the karaoke room for a fun night out.

Sit and watch the team of chefs in action, cooking in the open kitchen. The Tokosan menu, which has been created by the Toko Group’s renowned group chef, draws inspiration from his travels throughout Japan and offers everything from sushi, sashimi (upon request), dumplings, karaage chicken, to robata charcoal grilled meats and skewers.  You can select a 10-course banquet style menu for $45 and they also cater for vegan dishes.
