Relaunched this week, We Love Wednesdays at 29th Apartment boasts $1 pizza from 8-10pm with any drink purchase and $5 beer, wine, sparking and sprits from 8pm. Plus rotating drink specials and a more than satisfactory drinks list.
With live music from 8pm and a mash up of party anthems and modern house classics on rotation till close, this unique venue is perfect to kick off the summer vibes as the weather starts to warm up.
The eccentric décor at 29th Apartment is inspired by the life of Katishe, a lascivious lady of the night who one day dreams of being discovered for her talents as an artist. In homage to this hard-working woman, this bar and casual art gallery, boasts New York landscapes, a comfy lounge room with pinball, raised ‘fire escape’, Katishe’s bedroom – complete with a fold-away bed, bathroom, bus stop and the ubiquitous graffiti-filled alleyway.
