The Rooftop Sydney

As a private event space, The Rooftop can host corporate and private cocktail parties for up to 300 guests. In addition to the beautiful Hamptons decor and impressive views, the venue features a retractable roof, allowing for impressive open-air events with complete weather contingency, while floor-to-ceiling windows guarantee Darling Harbour views and spectacular sunsets night after night.

The room also features a private bar, bathrooms, and AV facilities for speeches, presentations and your choice of music.

LinQ Bar

Set across the entire second level of the venue, the room is licensed for cocktail functions of up to 200 guests (at full capacity), while the layout of the room still offers an intimate setting for smaller dining events, cocktail parties, presentations, corporate networking and private celebrations.

The room features a private bar, bathrooms and AV system suitable for corporate presentations or DJs and dance floors. West facing Bifold windows frame views over Darling Harbour and the Pyrmont Footbridge. A beautiful outlook as the sun sets and the skyline starts to sparkle with lights.

This leafy Miami inspired garden bar is their main bar, located on Level One. Enter at street level via Market Street, or upstairs from Sussex Street.

Entire Venue Hire

For those larger events of up to 1,050, the full venue can be hired exclusively. Set over 3 levels, each level can provide guests with a unique experience. The experience starts with guests entering The Shelbourne Hotel's alfresco Market Street Garden Bar, where a BBQ food station sets for the stage for what tantalizing food is to come.  Level 2 can be anything from a Karaoke bar to a Retro dance club, with the Rooftop Bar on Level 3 being the laid back bar where the champagne flows under the stars.
