Some spotlight grabbers include the chicken liver parfait served with a complex and sweet fig chutney, the Seafood Chowder bursting with creamy fish, prawns, squid, and mussels, as well as a range of gourmet pastas such as the Blue Swimmer Crab Spaghetti with chilli, garlic, fresh tomatoes, and pangrattato. Always a winner however is the Duck Two Ways with both pulled duck leg and a pan-seared duck breast with a crispy pancetta and parsnip puree and Chambord sauce - a true winner every time.
