Renee’s ever-changing chef’s tasting menus adapt to seasons, working closely with local Victorian & Australian producers to deliver modern Australian menus committed to showcasing the best seasonal produce available.

Eureka 89's 6 and 8 course chef’s tasting menus are on offer for selected evening dinner services, available to book between 5:30 PM to 7:15 PM.

On weekends, enjoy their family friendly 3 course Altitude dining menu, inclusive of Melbourne Skydeck’s Voyager Theatre, an immersive virtual journey around 16 iconic experiences.

Enhance your dining experience with handpicked wine pairings selected to complement each course. Or share a bottle of premium wine from their extensive beverage list highlighting some of Australia’s best wine making regions including the Yarra Valley in Victoria and Margaret River in Western Australia. Finish your culinary journey marvelling at the spectacular views overlooking Melbourne with a signature cocktail.
