Chapel Farm Est. 1905 spent over 90 years as a working farm, and its rich history is woven into every corner of their venue. Nearly everything you see has a story—100-year-old timbers salvaged from the old Midland railway workshops, hand-picked stone from Toodyay, and 200-year-old stained glass from an English cathedral.

They don’t claim perfection, but they do believe in hard work, dedication, and the simple joy of great food. Their menu is built around fresh, local produce and designed to bring people together—because no matter the occasion, every meal should feel like home.

Complemented by wine from their vineyards, house-brewed beers, and spirits crafted in their still, Chapel Farm Estate is the perfect place to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

With two venues available for exclusive hire, along with areas available for hire for smaller functions, their property has something for everyone.

SPACES

Exclusive Venue Hire

Chapel Farm Est. 1905 was a working farm for over 90 years. There is a story behind nearly everything they have sourced to handcraft the two venues on their property.

100 year old timbers salvaged from the old Midland railway workshops. Stone hand picked from Toodyay. 200 year old stained glass from an English Cathedral.

They don't boast perfection, they believe in hard work and dedication. They believe in good food, utilising fresh and local produce. Most importantly, they feel that no matter what the occasion "Every meal should feel like home."

Their venues can be hired exclusively, subject to a food and beverage minimum spend, or individual areas hired for smaller functions and events.

The Courtyard

Chapel Farm's main semi-enclosed event space is undercover and protected from the elements, while overlooking the lake and waterfall area.

The Courtyard is built from salvaged materials collected from the local area.

Suitable for large events, this area comprises of a dance floor and private toilets.

All guests are required to be on both a food package and a beverage package to hire this area.

The Lake

Chapel Farm's private event space overlooks the lake, waterfall and farmland that spreads behind Chapel Farm.

Suitable for large casual events. Due to the adjacent adjoining location, the lake can be hired where the courtyard has also been hired only.

The Waterfall

A private, multi-level area shaded by surrounding flame trees. Complimented by lush gardens and a gentle waterfall flowing into our creek and lake. Combine both areas, or use either area with access to the courtyard's bar. Please note the lower area has limited wheelchair access.

The Pavilion

Overlooking the pastures, and Perth hills, the Pavilion is suitable for both casual and seated events.

Furniture can be moved to suit your requirements for either a casual standing or more formal seated event.

The Living Wall

A casual accessible outdoor, two-level paved setting; shaded by the living wall: a 5 metre high garden built from railway sleepers and wheelbarrows.

Furniture is fixed in this area. Suitable for relaxed or canape style events.

The Tank

Situated next to the outdoor bar, this paved area is a blank canvas for whatever your event requires.

Furniture can be moved to suit your requirements for either a standing or seated event.

This area includes access to Chapel Farm's veranda bar.

The Church Barn

Built using salvaged, collected and procured materials including stained glass windows from the 1800's.

Home to Chapel Farm's Brewery, Distillery and their Winery showcasing premium West Australian produce.

Suitable for large functions and weddings only, a minimum spend on food and beverages is required to hire the Church Barn. Please contact their team for further information.

Jane Brook Deck

Overlooking Chapel Farm's whimsical vineyards and just a stones throw away from the brook running through the centre of their property.

The elevated deck is wheelchair accessible, and provides a shaded location to celebrate any occasion.

Part of Estate at Chapel Farm, this area is suitable for large functions and weddings only, and a minimum spend on food and beverages is required to hire the Jane Brook Deck. Please contact their team for further information.

Vignacourt Gardens

Vignacourt — or ‘place of the vines’. Chapel Farm Estate was one of the first WA growers to pack table grapes in sawdust and send them to London by ship.

The first vines were planted in the early 1900's. The property's original name, before Jane Brook Estate was Vignacourt vineyard.

Part of Estate at Chapel Farm, their garden among the vines provide a refreshing and relaxing location with a provincial feel.

Suitable for weddings and large functions only, a minimum spend is required on food & beverages to hire Vignacourt Gardens.

The Terrace

A private semi enclosed area with incredible views over the back block vineyards.
