The Bar at Sydney Common

Ideal for unwinding with a martini or as a leisurely pit stop en route to the dining room for supper.

A variety of small plates are available on the new bar menu to complement the dining room selection. Highlights of the menu include fried whitebait with sichuan salt, roasted artichokes with parmesan custard, Sydney Rock oysters with finger lime and rice vinegar, prawn katsu sandwich, and a platter of cured meats with Wagyu bresaola, saucisson, and LP's mortadella, along with a variety of Australian cheeses.

Savor specialty drinks such as the Sunset Stride (pineapple-infused Olmeca Blanco tequila, red wine syrup, and lemon), Red Carpet (Bombay Sapphire gin, St Germain, and Pinot Noir), and Sydney Common Negroni (Poor Toms gin, Campari, and lemon-infused vermouth).

Sydney Common celebrates contemporary, ingredient-focused woodfire cooking, with a uniquely Australian accent. Guests can dine from the restaurant's a la carte menu, bar menu, set menu or tasting menu, known as the ‘Market Menu'.
